Born and raised in small town Van Meter, Iowa, Stormi attended 13 years in the same school and graduated from Van Meter Community School in 2011. Stormi went on to attend cosmetology school at The Iowa School of Beauty located in Urbandale, IA, where she received her degree in 2014. After graduation, she worked solely for a large chain company for over 7 years. During this time, she worked her way into management before deciding to venture out on her own and start her salon, SS Studios. Stormi resides in Waukee, Iowa with her husband, Austin. In her free time, you can find her playing slow pitch softball, cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones while spending time with her husband and his family at the lake in Northern Iowa, and of course spoiling her beloved nieces and nephews If you ask her friends and family, they would describe her as spunky and outgoing with a heart of gold. Stormi loves her friends and family, as well as her clients, dearly. Every person who sits in her chair leaves having met a new friend. She hopes to continue to gain new friends that become family, while she grows her business and celebrates her success!
